Join Chef to explore this vibrant cuisine with its unique blend of African, Arabian and European influences. We will chase some great products from the market and our gardens, add some culinary skill, seasoning and spices to create some delicious dishes. We will learn to make Harissa, smashed olive and ruby grapefruit salad, zaalouk and chermoula roast chicken.
