This is the 2nd class in our 4 part Dinner Party series and can be purchased individually or as a course. 

On arrival, you will taste some fabulous favourites with a glass of bubbles:

Apple & Rosemary Bellini
Roasted almonds & cashews
Gorgonzola and Mascarpone tart with caramelised leek


Then relax over a glass of wine as Chef prepares an easy but impressive entrée and antipasto menu: 


Tomato, gruyere and goats cheese tart with herb oil

Antipasto Platter

Roasted ricotta with black olive dressing and prosciutto-wrapped asparagus.  Marinated olives, roasted almonds, stuffed portabellas, BBQ king prawns with lime aioli, gorgonzola and mascarpone tarts with caramelised leek, salt bark.
