Tomato, gruyere and goats cheese tart with herb oil
Roasted ricotta with black olive dressing and prosciutto-wrapped asparagus. Marinated olives, roasted almonds, stuffed portabellas, BBQ king prawns with lime aioli, gorgonzola and mascarpone tarts with caramelised leek, salt bark.
