Our Cook & Eat series of six sessions delivered on Tuesdays by Culinary Director, Jan Gundlach, will expand your repertoire on fast and nourishing everyday dishes to delight your family and friends.  This menu strategy is for the VERY busy.
The course emphasis is on kitchen basics, such as knife handling, food safety, product knowledge, cooking methods and techniques.
